To help us deliver Quuu we have share information and data with various 3rd party apps. We list those apps here and outline the agreements in place:
We use Google Analytics and Facebook ads conversion tracking to help us understand the way people use Quuu so we can make it better and communicate relevant information to users. To provide this Google and Facebook collects anonymised statistical data about the use of our website and applications using cookies and usage data.

Facebook account access - Permissions: Email, Groups, Manage Groups, Manage Pages, Publish as Page and Show List of Managed Pages.
Twitter account access - Personal Data: Various types of data as specified in the privacy policy of the service.
LinkedIn account access - Email, groups, pages, publishing.
Disqus: Personal Data: Cookies, Usage Data and various types of Data as specified in the privacy policy of the service
Facebook custom audience - Personal data: cookies and email address.
Facebook re-marketing - Personal data: cookies and usage data.
Amazon Web Services (AWS)
We take great care to keep your personal information safe, Quuu and its databases operate within the Amazon Web Services RDS platform.
Their computers that are housed in secure data centres with heavily restricted access with numerous levels of security to prevent unauthorised access to those servers including firewalls and passwords.

We use Intercom for sending emails. To do this Intercom stores customers email addresses and analytical data on their usage of Quuu. We use that data to ensure we only send emails relevant to the individual.
To ensure compliance with the law on EU/ USA data transfers, our agreement with Intercom is based on the Standard Contractual Clauses laid down by the EU.
Our customer support system and emails are provided by Intercom. Customers email addresses will appear in Intercom along with all discussion between the customer and ourselves.
When a user deletes their Quuu account (from application settings) all information, including information stored on Intecom is deleted.
We primarily use Slack for internal electronic communications. It’s likely these discussions will regard certain customers from time to time, and data in regard to those customers will be shared.
Slack store their Data in USA Data Centres and have certified with EU-US Privacy Shield https://slack.com/privacy-shield-notice
We process debit and credit card payments using Stripe Payments Europe Limited. a worldwide payments provider. The main capture is through their european subsidiary based in Ireland, but some of the data is passed to Stripe Inc. the parent company in the USA. For this transfer to be lawful they employ the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses (“Model Clauses”) to allow for the lawful transfer of such data under the EU Data Directive.
We use Smartlook to record user sessions so we can provide a better service as a result of watching how our users navigate our application.
